∙ 13y agoFirst off, I'm not a lawyer. That said, if they intentionally accuse you of it AND you can prove that they KNEW it was false, I believe you may be able to claim defamation of character.
However, you'd have to prove that they KNEW their claim was false, and that they did it to slander you, which could prove difficult.
