The parents of both boy and girl would have to agree.
If they agreed they would be saying, "OK, we accept that you've been having sex and probably will again."
As the Age of Consent where you live is probably 16 and may be 17 then you are probably breaking the law. Parents can't give you permission to break the law, and the boy could be charged with a serious crime.
If nobody makes a complaint then this is unlikely to happen.
