I'm not sure about Missouri specifically, but in most states a minor is not emancipated until either their 18th birthday, or upon mothering a child. Being pregnant does not count, the minor must have the baby to become emancipated.

Here is what I found about getting married in these two states if you are under the age of 18.Under 18 in Louisiana:If either party to the marriage is between the ages of 16 and 18, the presence and signatures of both parents are required. If a parent has legal custody in a divorce, a certified copy of the judgment must be presented. If either party is under the age of 16, a court order is required in order to obtain a license. Under 18 in Arkansas:Parental consent is needed if under 18 years of age. You need to present a state certified copy of your birth certificate, an active Military ID card, or a valid passport. Your parent must be present to sign the marriage book with the applicants when the license is issued. If a parent is unable to sign, due to death, separation, divorce or other circumstances, you must produce certified papers for verification of those circumstances. Males under the age of 17 and females under 16 cannot marry without an Arkansas court order. This is usually given only in extreme circumstances, such as if the female is pregnant or the couple already has a child together.

No! In fact, your man can be charged with rape for getting your pregnant regardless of whether you turned 18 the day after.
