As a general rule, no; however, this should be discussed with the pregnant patients treating MD and OB/GYN for the best course of treatment and risk/benefit analysys.

Can you take naproxen and codeine together?

Yes that would be fine, but you may want to just take more of the codeine. Just look at the prescription, these drugs usually come with 325 or 500 mg of acetaminophen, or the second number (ex, 5/500 APA the first number is the mg of Codeine and the second is the acetaminophen content. Don't exceed 3000 mg of acetaminophen as this is very hard on the heart and liver!

Can codeine harm an unborn fetus?

Technically, no. It is listed as pregnancy risk category C. Researching via Google shows there are not many, if any, clinical testing for pregnant women who take codeine, so there is insufficient data in humans. Which does not mean it is safe for a pregnant woman to take codeine. It only means more testing must be done before a definitive answer can be provided.

Can you take Tylenol aspirin and codine together?

The short answer is yes, but there is something terribly important that you need to check before you take them. Codeine is almost always dispensed in a tablet that also contains either acetaminophen (Tylenol) or aspirin. You need to know what is already in that codeine tablet so you don't take more of the same product. Even a small overdose of acetaminophen (Tylenol) can have serious consequences; please use it very carefully.

Does Darvocet have codeine in it?

No Darvocet (acetaminophen and propoxyphene) does not contain codeine. Darvocet is not known as percocet, (percocet is oxycodone) and is also a 1/4 of the strength of codeine. It is also more closely related to Demerol then codeine. It would take 2 darvocet 100 to even match the strength of one hydrocodone.

Can you take cetirizine and phenylephrine together?

Just to clarify, acetaminophen (paracetamol, APAP) is a painkiller, codeine is an opoid painkiller, and cetirizine is an antihistamine. If you take them at the recommended doses, it should be fine. Remember to take in to consideration the other product warnings (eg. don't take while pregnant, if you have kidney disease etc). However I assume you want to take Cetirizine because you are taking large or recreational doses of codeine and you are getting the itches. In this case, it may be dangerous to take cetirizine with the codeine as they both cause depression of the central nervous system and their combined effect in a high enough dose would be enough to kill you. Even on their own they could kill you from respiratory arrest (you stop breathing). Also be careful if you are taking high doses of the acetaminophen and codeine tablets. There is generally enough acetaminophen to kill you or at least do some serious damage, long before you will get high from the codeine. If you insist on taking a larger than recommended dose, at least look up cold water extraction and do this on the tablets first if you want to minimise your chances of harm.
