for USA, Canada and countries running a 60 Hz supply service.
Actually, based on actual application experience, because of load diversity you can use both these appliances on the same circuit. It should be a 20 amp circuit because all kitchen branch circuits are required to be 20 amp. In other words the chance of them both running at the same time are slim and even if they do both appliances together pull about 16 amps.
Refrigerator outlet must be separated from any electrical devices. If the outlet is being shared it can cause current shortage and current surge that may damage the internal components of the refrigerator.
Under normal circumstances, a washer is a 110 volt (120 v) machine, and a dryer is a 220 volt (240 v) machine. The plug bodies as well as the outlets are configured for their specific voltage and amperage draw. Wiring is also installed for the specific amperage draw. Today's answer is NO.
It depends on the amperage of each and how many amps the circuit can handle. But normally in a house circuit of 15 amps, you should be ok.
yes
Have the outlet changed to match the configuration of the dryer plug.
The four blade dryer plug brings a separate ground wire from the machine to the electrical grounding system. The three blade dryer plug depended on the neutral wire of the plug to make this connection.
yes
yes ofcourse they both are the same
Usually a stackable washer and dryer system will need a special outlet. Dryers usually run on a 220 outlet so they will need a special outlet installed where you plan to place your washer and dryer.

It may be a 220 Dryer, and you will need a new outlet installed. There should be no extra wires when connecting the Power cord to the plug
You need to find an adapter.
Different plugs are designed so that you can't plug an appliance into the wrong voltage. A dryer is usually 220-240 Volts and your standard outlet is 110-120 Volts. You can't do what you suggest.
On a 240 volt outlet, such as a dryer outlet: G is Ground, W is Neutral, X and Y are the two Hot legs.
Stackable washer dryer combination only requires one type of outlet. Both units run on 110v circuit. Therefore, only one outlet is necessary to plug both units into.
