Well, actually when determining dominance one rooster will overpower another rooster and they will mate. I have observed this in all the animals on my farm over the last 10 years regardless of species.
Roosters are the male chickens. Roosters are also known as a cockerel.

Yes they can. They can breed. However very few of the eggs will hatch, and the offspring will be sterile hybrids. They do make some interesting looking poultry though!

They can. However, you should not let them mate if you are not an experienced breeder, and are striving for a quality line of exhibition birds. Those should be the only times you in-breed.

Yes, most farms renew stock each spring enough to freshen the gene pool. A rooster will mate with any pullet ready. Problems don't usually occur because of this fresh stock brought in.

That's in-breeding, which is a bad thing. You need a mix for the offspring to remain healthy. Inbreeding is a well known cause for deformities and poor health
