Contact Birthright 1-800-550-4900, http://www.birthright.org The organization will help you find a free clinic or doctor for your pre-natal care and transportation and assistance when it comes time for delivery. You should have someone to help you. Whether it is a midwife or your husband, someone needs to be there in case of emergeny or it isn't safe. Make sure the person helping has studied up on it with you. I don't know the law in every state in the US but in the UK it is illegal for a mother to give birth without a registered midwife or a medical practitioner in attendance, except in an emergency.
