Whether the custodial parent works is not a factor that makes much difference in how much support is paid. As for the second job, that is a decision of the court which may or may not decide it is applicable. see links below

How can i Summons the noncustodial parent for visitation?

the custodial parent is the parent the child lives with the non custodial parent is the parent the child does NOT live with the non custodial parent assuming he / she knows he is a parent... is usually the patitioning parent. if he /she chooses not to seek visitation rights the court cannot force him/ her to see the child.... but they can enforce child support. research the laws for your state.

Can a non custodial parent who pays child support but chooses not to visit his children be taken back to court for increased child support payments bc his ex incurs those 4 days expenses?

Sure, the non-custodial parent can be taken back to court for increased child support, but it will be up to the judge if the increase is granted. Also, it will be up to the custodial parent to prove the increased expenses.

Is child support still required if a non custodial parent chooses to sign over their rights?

No, but that's not possible unless approved by both the other parent AND the court, provided the other parent is not now, nor in the future, collect Welfare.

When a custodial parent chooses not to receive child support can they ask for back child support years later?

It is unlikely that this would be regarded as a reasonable request. PROVIDED the previous agreement (choice) can be proved. However they could ask for it going forward.

How can a non-custodial parent give up visitations and still pay support in Massachusetts?

Yes. Visitation is a privilage and a right, but completely optional. Child support is manditory. * There is no legal procedure required for the non-custodial parent to cease visitation. Court order child support is mandatory as long as the support order is valid. Please be advised that a parent who makes no attempt to be a part of their child's/children's life risks having all parental rights permanently terminated if the custodial parent chooses to petition the court for the granting of such action.

What questions will a judge ask a child if it chooses to live with a non custodial parent?

There are no set guidelines by which a judge follows in speaking with the child. In this manner, a parent is unable to prep the child's answers. Generally, the judge just talks to the child. see related links

Can your ex-wife who has primary custody of your children have a live in boyfriend in Louisiana?

yes she can * The state does have existing laws that forbid cohabitation of non married individuals. Therefore the non custodial parent could file a complaint with social services or preferably with the court that issued the custodial order. The state does not recognize common law marriages with the exception of the city of New Orleans which allow domestic partners to live together without benefit of marriage. The non custodial parent should present evidence as to why the living arrangements of the custodial parent present an unsuitable environment for the minor child/children before social services will become involved. This applies also if the non custodial parent chooses to bring the matter before the court, which would be the best option if he or she wishes to have the situation addressed.

Can a custodial parent prevent the noncustodial parent from talking to their children on the phone?

Maybe, if the absent parent does not share custody in any manner and there is not a visitation order in place, a custodial parent can take whatever action he or she chooses in regards to a minor child. However, courts do not look favorably upon any parent who does not allow the other parent to have a relationship with his or her minor child/children unless there is substantiated reasons (child abuse, endangerment, etc.) for the action. A parent who is being denied access to his or her child/children can file suit for visitation and/or custodial rights if they so choose.
