Most places believe that you need to be 12 or 13 prior to being mature enough to handle the responsibility of looking after someone younger than yourself.

Most people don't realize that age usually doesn't count on babysitting to a certain point. If the two ten year olds to you are mature and can be trusted then your answer is yes. Especially since there is two of them instead of one.

I know I do and I am 10, i think that it should be fine if the parents are only gone for a little while, not over night and i think 3 hours should probably be the limit.

No, a child of 10 is not deemed (by Law) to be resonsible enough to look after themselves let alone another child. If a complaint is lodged then the child will be authorised into care.

my friend is only 11 and babysits a 2 year old. so i bet it would be fine. especially with a 15 year old!
