Year for year....yes. If the engine you are replacing is a V6 then it should be a fairly direct swap. May have to change computers or programming. If you are replacing a 4 cylinder it will be much more difficult as you'll have to replace all the engine wiring and computer to do it.
Yes
A 1997 Grand Am (GT or SE) could either have a 2.4L Quad-4 or a 3.1L V-6.
If its a V6, the 2000 grand am would have to be a GT. If it's a 4 cyl, then yes it could fit.
no it will not, it will go into place but te cat will not boltonto the new pipe
yes, trim is diff, thats the only differance.
yes if it is a grand prix se and a grand am gt
Yes.
No. A 22 inch rims cannot fit in a 2004 grand am gt.
No, it will not.
the motor it self is the same but you will have to change most of he sensors, the pugs are different, and the egr plug is different so i changed the plentum on top of the motor to make it easier, this was my first engine swap and it started on the first try.i took a 3100 out of a 94 se and put it in m 97 gt.
yes and no.it will fit but if the 2002 grand am is an se model then the speedometer only reads out to 120 MPH the GT version reads out to 150 MPH.im pretty sure it will read correctly ethier way since they are controlled electronicially but im not 100% sure.plus your not gonna be able to go over 120 anyways in the GT unless u reprogram the computer.the se shutsdown at 107-108 MPH.
How to change blower motor on 2000 grand am gt
