This can be an STD of some kind. They are always serious because if they are not treated it can spread to your blood steam and cause vital damage to your system. You can also spread it to others. If you dont go to the doctor and get antibiotics and it looks like it may have gone away, it may just be dorments. Alot of STD's "hide" but always resurface. There are alot of free and confidental clinics that can help you. A new law has past in California that no information can be release to anyone other then the patient even if the patient is a minor.
