Answer : No The woman can not get pregnant, because when the sperm cells stays out for some second it becomes contaminated by air or some other impurities which will hinder its abilty and more so the finger is not a perfect organ for sexual intercouse, the penis instead, so for this reason the finger will not do the right thing.
