Can acupuncture Cure carpal tunnel syndrome?

This is impossible to answer.
Classical or traditional Cchinese acupuncture treats the dynamic body as a whole and not a symtom (CTS).
But expereince tells us that: Yes, it might well cure your problem. But nothing can be said as to the length of treatment.

If it is accompanied by Tui Na (chinese physiotherpay) then acupuncture would stand a very good chance of curing CTS but it will probably not work on its own

Most reputable medical experts would say no...acupuncture and massage therapy and yoga etc..have been studied over the years and none of them have proven to "cure" carpal tunnel syndrome. Can they relieve carpal tunnel symptoms? absolutley!..how much depends on the cause of your CTS and how severe of a case you have, your age, how long have you had it before treatment etc...
