Yes, many Allergies can cause blurry vision, itchy/watery eyes, a stuffy nose, all-over aches and pains.. etc. I have allergies, and they suck! If you're looking for a medicine to relieve the effects of the allergies, I'd recommend Claritin non-drowsy.

If you have an infection your eye either caused by other medication or by bacteria and you ignore it for long without consulting a doctor for medication, it could cause blurriness that comes and goes like a flash therefore interfering with your daily activities and in turn will make your eyes strain which would then lead to minor headaches or even migraines.

Yes, allergies can make your eyes swell up, and also go red. Many things can do this, also inadequate eye cleaning when you wake uo after a night's sleep and improper cleaning and disinfection of contact lenses.
