1) It depends where you live. 2) Dating and having sex are two completely different things. British Law and American Law is different when it come to this department of things. The consent age in the UK to have sexual realtions is 16 other states in the US are 18 even 21 In the british the Person of the age of 16 is classified a young Adult, 18 and Adult. So as i said each country laws are different. What you should think about is... How you would provide this infant when it comes? What guidance can you give it, that mistakes don't acure with them? Are you ready to take on the responsiblity? All these things should be taken in account, because the child didn't ask to be put here.

∙ 12y agoDepends on what the law says in your state. If she at 16 is age of consent there are not problems. If she's not there are sometimes close in age exceptions. So it depends on what state you live in.
