Two limitations are the lack of comunication to the OS because flash comunicates to the flash player which comunicates to the OS. The other limitation is the lack of "stand-alone" server to flash to server abilities. Yes. Your phone must be running Android 2.2 "Froyo" or a newer version of Android to run Adobe Flash Player. However, Adobe has decided to discontinue Flash on the Android platform with the release of Android 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich." You can still download and run Flash just fine, and they will continue to release security updates, but future versions of Flash Player will not be released on Android.
It's already available.

The best bet is probably the Adobe Flash Player for Mac OS X is available from the Adobe website.
If you mean flashlight, then search flashlight in Android Market. If you mean flash player, you need Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread.
The R101 uses the Android operating system. Adobe are working on a Flash Player for Android devices (See links below) but it will require Android version 2.2 or later. It is unlikely (but not definitely so) that the R101 will support Flash. The later R301 may be a better bet but even that may be on the dubious list for Flash support.
