Actually, you don't burp or fart much at all when you don't eat, or eat very little. It's eating that causes it, not ana.
Edit: I'm Ana and speaking from experience I do tend to burp a lot when I do eat, It's a way for me to feel less full because I don't like the feeling of being full. Burping frequently also ends up causing more and more burping in the long run. I'm not sure why this happens but it has only started after I became Ana.
