I will try:
From what I understand, the first scene is taking place 12,000 years before The Doctor and Amy are shown 'keeping track of the score' in the museum. For some reason, River Song kissed the man (seen at the beginning of the episode) with hallucinogenic lipstick. She is the one wearing the black cape, black sunglasses, and enormously large high heeled shoes. River goes to Alistair's vault (Alistair is the guy who does not show firearms) and etches in the box 'old high Gallifreyan' to attract The Doctor's attention -- hence The Doctor telling Amy that the translation on the home box of Category 4 Starliner is "Hello, Sweetie." The Doctor steals the home box from the museum and tries to get the security playback working. The 'triple seven 5 slash three four nine by ten slash zero twelve slash acorn' (a.k.a. 7775 / 349x10 / 012 / acorn) is the coordinates of which Song can be picked up by The Doctor.
Well, in the first encounter with The Weeping Angels (Blink) The Doctor made them look at each other. In another story with them (The Time of Angels/Flesh and Stone) The Doctor made them all get sucked into the crack in time.
First you meet her in "silence in the library" but in the new stuff she is in the time of angels episode.
First the dalex then the cyber men then the weeping angels.

Always check with your doctor first when you have a question like that no matter what answer anyone gives you.
Angels Fall First - song - was created in 1997.
Why the hell didn't you ask your doctor? You know, I thought the same thing when I first saw this question. If your doctor didn't explain it to you, then I suggest you call him/her and ask. They are obligated to tell you what's wrong with you.
