Yes, in fact, i would recommend from the list above -massage, physical therapy,or simply just going to go see your doctor about it, and have them treat it.. chiropractors are good.. except sometimes they do more then what is needed to treat the pain, which causes more pain.they can overwork it. my doctor told me not to go see a chiropractor, but to go see her instead, because she specializes in this kind of stuff..
