Evidently for some reason, you do not have Mama to feed the babies and are going to bottle feed. So lets give you some real and practical answers. Yes, goats milk is an acceptable substitute for rabbit milk but you should add 1 T. of white corn syrup to every cup. They do make a kitten milk re-placer that is also acceptable and probably easier to use unless you are actually milking a goat and not buying canned goat milk. Now don't forget to be a good mama rabbit and use a cotton ball dipped in warm water to stimulate the baby rabbits to urinate and defecate until they are big enough and old enough to do this themselves (about 10 days to 2 weeks). Mama rabbit licks EVERY baby after she feeds to make sure they are functioning properly.
You can feed baby rabbits goat milk if they have been orphaned. Be very careful how much you give them to avoid giving them digestive problems.
No baby rabbits need more than cows milk to survive. A kitten replacer or goat milk will serve much better.

Baby rabbits drink their mother's milk, i.e. rabbit milk. If the baby rabbit is domestic and orphaned, you can try feeding it Kitten Milk Replacer (KRM); if the rabbit is wild, use goat milk. However, it can be very, very difficult to hand-raise rabbits, especially if you aren't experienced. If you find yourself in charge of an orphaned baby rabbit, do lots of research and contact local experts in your area. See the related link below for a place to start.
If baby rabbits cannot have mother's milk they need either puppy or kitten formula fed with a nurser bottle. The cottontails also need feed pellets if over four weeks old.
Young rats, cats, rabbits, squirrels, skunks, hedgehogs & beavers, their young are called kittens.
Baby foxes, Pet cats, rats, and rabbits are all called kittens.
Baby rabbits are called Kitten's, this is often shortened to Kit's
1)rabbits are BORN not layed 2)baby rabbits are totally helpless when first born they can just about get to mum for a drink.
You can go to a pet store and get some infant kitten formula or you can go to a vet and ask what is ok for a kitten to drink
They are not called kittens they are called kits. "Kit" is short for "kittens" and, yes, some people do call them the full name. Baby rabbits used to be called "rabbits" -- the adults were called "coneys" (pronounced to rhyme with "honey"). More and more people dropped the word "coney" and started calling the adult animal "rabbit"; at this point, "kitten" was tacked on to mean baby rabbits.
