Yes, it can but only if you are currently on antibiotics for the bladder infection since these antibiotics may interfere with the pH balance and acidity levels in your vaginal passage. Antibiotics aim to destroy all bacteria "good" and "bad". However while ridding the body of the bad bacteria and removing the unwanted symptoms such as burning, bleeding etc. the removal of the good bacteria may cause yeast infections, itching, irritation, dryness etc. Therefore you should research some natural ways of ridding the body of bladder infections if you have developed an yeast infection. Such as drinking lots of water to flush out bacteria, drink one glass of 100% unsweetened cranberry juice per day, have a bath before and after all sexual activity, urinate right after sex, don't hold in your pee, go when you feel the need to since moisture on the inside of th bladder may encourage growth of bacteria and don't worry to much u wont die...:)

No, urine test could tell whether you have vaginal yeast infection. you'd better do vaginal discharge test. And if you are confirmed that you have it. You should get the treatment immediately.

By the way,"fuyan pill" is a very healthy and effective medicine for it. If you get it, you could try this medicine.

Any more question, you could consult online doctors, such as Wuhan Dr. Lee's TCM Clinic.

Hope this could help you.
