If you are talking about housecats, then, no. They have sharp teeth, yes, but not sharp enough to kill you. If one bites you hard, it might break the skin, but it won't kill you.

Yes cats do bite only if you scare them or pick them up when they don't want to be picked up

And also if you stare at them for a long time then they will bite

Why yes, yes they do well in fact my blue yellow spotted gwagalaga cat bit me on the nose and it very much hurt. cats are like any other animal. they will attack and bite.

there is no such thing as cat fleas, there are just fleas, and yes of course they can bite people, you will notice because you have little itchy red bumps
