Ordinary chewing gum is not claimed to enhance breasts. However, there have been some chewing gums produced which contain herbal ingredients and it is these which are claimed to enhance breast size. The claim is made because the herbs used in the gums contain phytoestrogens, plant compounds which are similar to the hormone estrogen.
