in certain extremes, yes. but if they are acclimated (or used to) the temprature around them then theres a less likely chance of that happening.
it also depends on if the rabbit is an indoor or outdoor pet. if you had it indoors for a long time then suddenly moved it outside, it could have caused death, but again, only in the extremes i think. if you had it outdoors then moved it indoors that shouldn't hurt it at all. we did that to my rabbit when she had sugery and she was fine. but if you are constantly moving it from outdoors to indoors, then that becomes hard on the rabbits system.
also i think age plays a roll. if it is a very young or very old rabbit the temperature can hurt them more then a mid life youngish healthy rabbit.
