Can cremated human remains be of any benefit to plants in gardening or forestry? In: Houseplants |
[Edit] |
[Edit]
The ash that remains after a human has been cremated contains the heavy metals that the human has accumulated during its life. These heavy metals like Quicksilver are poisonous in big doses and they accumulates in the bodies of all living things,
So no it would not be a good idea to use them for anything like mulch in a garden.
so what if it contain a few heavy metals? the ash is mostly pottasioum which is great for plants. but why only give the plants the ash? give them the whole body! saves creamation and its even better for them with all the goody nutrients.zaf.
