I'm not a doctor, so don't take any of this as medical advice.

Overdosing isn't such a concern as having a stroke while on it or suffocating in your sleep after taking large amounts of it. These problems can happen with any dosage, but they probably won't if you're a healthy person. I remind you that I have no medical training but rather a bit of real-world experience with the drug.

Simply, if you take under 400mg, a healthy person will probably just fall asleep.

400mg to 600mg, a healthy person will get impossibly tired and hallucinate.

600mg to 1000mg, a healthy person will get extremely tired and have intense hallucinations.

Anything under 1000mg is probably safe, though not desired.

Over 1000mg, you're in no-man's land.

if it sets your mind at ease, you will experience a bad deleriant trip long before you overdose. there are people who willingly take ~900mg for recreational use, without overdosing. of course, I don't recommend to the least such high dosages.

Always keep in mind that anything can be dangerous in large amounts.

What is the difference between Cetirizine hydrochloride and Cetirizine dihydrochloride?

The active ingredient in both pills is the same (Cetirizine). The difference between hydrochloride and dihydrochloride is the difference between the non active ingredients in the pills that are added to the drug so that there is enough bulk to make a pill. The above 'advice' is simply rubbish. Any (old Skool) A-Level chemistry student knows the difference between 'hydrochloride' and 'di-hydrochloride': Not the same molecule. However, in layman's terms: cetirizine di-hydrochloride is the real thing and is less likely to make you drowsy. Cetirizine hydrochloride is a copycat molecule to work around patent laws. From personal experience, cetirizine hydrochloride makes me drowsy, whereas cetirizine di-hydrochloride does not. :-)

Can diphenhydramine hydrochloride be taken with ibuprophin?

From what I know it's fine to take diphenhydramine with ibuprophen. One is a common OTC analgesic and the other is a common anti-histimine/sleep aid. Unless you are allergic to either medication you shouldn't notice any adverse effects. I have taken the two drugs together on several occasions. But, let me be clear, I AM NOT A DOCTOR, THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.
