well, cheap tuna i.e canned (not steaks) actually contain very little or no amounts of Mercury due to the quality of the meat, its only the white part of the fish found in steaks and expensive tuna serving that contains mercury. I am and know lots of weight trainers(bodybuilers) that have eaten a can or more a day for over 5 years. my mercury levels are fine and so are all the people i know. the whole tuna mercury poisoning thing is largly propgander. a few cans a week or one a day = fine
