Diseases are transmitted many different ways. Sexually transmitted diseases are caused by contact with blood or body fluids. Therefore, if semen comes in contact with your mucous membranes (like your mouth) or vagina or in rectum, you are at risk for contracting the disease. Also, if someone has an open herpes sore, etc, and you get it on your mucous membranes, you can get it. If your blood comes in contact with theirs you can get it. You can get AIDS or Human Pappiloma Virus (HPV), etc.. Just play it safe and ALWAYS use a condom, because there are many people who dont even know theyve got a disease! Its not a matter of "TRUST" its SAFETY. and also, dont ever do anything u dont want to..dont let anyone pressure u into doing anything..its your body & you want to be healthy! Peace:)

Bacteria that cause disease are called pathogens. ( as are any other microorganism that causes disease). Pathogens cause disease either by 1) preventing host tissues from functioning properly. i.e stop oraganelles in the cells from working or by reproducing and bursting cells. 2) Producing toxins which destroy host tissues.
Immune system protects the body from any type of foreign antigen or pathogen which can cause disease. It also protect from particles to cause disease in human body.
As a general rule sperm in itself will not cause any harm to your respiratory tract. Your immune system would encounter the foreign substance and would destroy it. To drown from sperm inhalation would take more sperm than a single man could possibly make. The main danger would be if the person who "donated" the sperm had some type of disease. Many diseases are carried in bodily fluids and could theoretically be transferred this way. The sperm, like any other inhaled foreign object, would cause a great deal of irritation but in two disease free people, shouldn't cause any problems.
smooching doesnt cause any disease unless your partner is infected with any serious disease.
Beri Beri.
no
Depends on the cause of the low sperm count
It makes no difference at all, unless the man has a sexually transmitted disease, in which case it is definitely not good for her health. I don't believe that there is any health reason to swallow sperm, but on the other hand (other than STD's) I don't believe that it's unhealthy either. Make sure that this person is disease free and monogamous (or at least practices safe sex).
A french kiss doesn't cause a disease, but it could cause you to get sick if the person your french kissing with is sick.
