I am a GARLIC LOVER! I know my body pretty well. Occasionally when I have obsessively indulged in and have eating too much raw garlic too fast I get this type of pain on the left side of my body in the diagram area.
It becomes hard for me to to breath,talk or move because it causes so much pain. It stops me in my tracks and it feels like it could be heart related pain. Thus I am reminded once again the results of my gluttony. Belching is the only thing that relieves the pain. I take sparkling water or a type of effervescent to help me burp and as the gas leaves my body the pain subsides.
