How COPD differs from asthma, and why it's important to not smoke.

Crohn's disease is related to the intestinal tract. It affects the digestive system by causing, at times, severe cramping, vomiting and diarrhea. However, Crohn's can affect the joints.
I was diagnosed with the disease over 20 years ago and I've never had a problem with aching legs or joints. This could be related to a different health problem and you should consult your doctor about it.

Long term use of steroids like predisone, usually the first type of treatment used for Crohn's patients can sometimes affect the joints. Always report odd or unusual symptoms to your doctor at the first opportunity even if you suspect they are NOT related to the disease as they could be related to the treatment.
