Immuno modulators are either immunosuppressor or immunostimulator.

Immunosuppressor class of medicines are used in conditions like kidney transplant, hyperactive immune system, etc

Immunostimulator class of medicines are used in case of low immunity.

In homeopathy we have medicines like Tinospora Cordifolia, Glycyrrhiza Glabra, and WIthania SOmnifera which has immunostimulator property.
