Technically you have to comply with whatever custody arrangement there is until you are age 18. At age 18, you are free to do as you please--but you may still be financially dependent on your parents, which will limit your options.
If you are close to age 18, and your dad will pay for your transportation (if you can't pay for it yourself), then you can probably just go to your dad's house. The police and other agencies will be less interested in a 17-year-old close to age 18 than someone who just turned 18. If you do that, keep your mom posted about where you are and what you are doing.
You could also become an "emancipated minor" if you can get a court to do that. That is like a "divorce" from your parents so they don't have a say over your decisions any more.
In the meantime, keep your baby in mind: try to minimize your stress level, eat well, sleep enough, be sure to see the doctor and take prenatal vitamins, and don't travel in your third trimester. yeahh this person is right. you need to go where you think will be best for the baby. life is really hard when it comes to this... but do what you think is best
