'Tenant association' is uncommon, unless you mean a rental agency who found the tenant who occupied your condominium when it was burglarized. If you believe that the tenant was involved with the burglar, then you can notify the agency and review your agreement with them to discover any recourse you may have in this case.
As an owner, unless your personal property was taken, you may have no claim for loss. However, you may have repair costs, such as door locks, windows and so forth, if entry was gained forcefully.
Review the police report with your board or property manager, and determine which insurance policy covers this damage: the association's master policy or your HO-6 policy.
If the association is responsible for the 'security' of the property, the police report can help the association determine how security was breached in order for the burglary to occur. If the association's security failed, you may have recourse against it.
