Can kiwi's be grown in the Caribbean?

Yes, I live in Guyana and have managed to germinate a few. Whether or not they bear fruit is a question I'll have to wait 4years to find out as kiwi plants need over 400hours chill before the blossoms will set. That said, they're still growing so I'll wait and see.

Kiwi are small Flightless Birds which are native to New Zealand alone.

Kiwifruit are vine fruit which are native to China, while other species are native to India, Japan and even southeastern Siberia. They are grown as commercial crops in New Zealand, Chile, Italy, France and Greece, as well as the USA, along the coastal region of northern California extending up to the Southwest tip of British Columbia.

It might be possible to grow them in parts of Britain under controlled conditions, but one would meet with mixed success.

Kiwifruit are vine fruit which are native to China, while other species are native to India, Japan and even southeastern Siberia. Fiji's climate would conceivably be too hot to grow kiwifruit successfully.
