no. but, sounds to me like you might have used a street drug, particularly an opiate, based on your other questions. there is no telling what it was cut with, what else had been on the table where it was cut, what it was shipped/stored next to. chances are you did do cocaine, as the test is specific to cocaine metabolites. maybe in an ecstacy pill? but then you would have also tested positive for amphetamines. get help. but first, get honest.

∙ 15y agoyes, yes yes. I have seen it all the time. ofcourse the company will deny this. follow up with a GCMS test. but even then false positives do occur. Only thing to do is stop using the patch and repeat the test after 2-3 days

∙ 15y agoYes, it can show up on a urine test. Lidocaine, novacaine, codeine and other opiate (derived from the drug opium) drugs will show up as a positive. You should let them know prior to the test that you have one of these in your system. I am not sure of the effects of a topical solution such as a skin cream on the effects of a test though.

∙ 12y agoNo, although the -caine anesthetics have a similar name and numbing action to cocaine, they are very different in chemical structure and thus should not cause a false positive for cocaine in a drug test.
