Yes they can, its the same religion, these were the words from a greek orthodox priest i saw, all politics asside, i am engaged to a greek girl and we have issues with the parents wanting there own churches, His Macedonian, Hers Greek so we may decide to have a ceremony in both if that fails we will go to a Russian orthodox and get married there, all in all there is no culture or politics in religion, its all orthodox
