Yes, a man can give a woman HPV and a woman can give a man HPV.

To reduce the spread of HPV, males AND females can go to a clinic or their primary doctor and get the HPV vaccine in 3 different doses at 3 different times. If someone ALREADY has HPV, the HPV vaccine should still be taken because there are over 100 strains of HPV, and you may not have one of the strains that the vaccine prevents.

No, as men do not have a cervix, which is part of the female reproductive system. Similarly, females can not be diagnosed with testicular cancer.

Yes, a male can get HPV from a female with Cervical cancer. Typically, two partners exchange whatever subtypes of HPV they're carrying early in the sexual relationship.

If a woman has high risk HPV -- the type that can cause dysplasia -- she may transmit the virus to a man with whom she has sex.
