Can mothers give breast milk to their husbands?

Yes. Men have mammary glands but they are dormant and require extreme amounts of artificial female hormone in order to bring them out of dormancy.
Men can produce milk in their chests (but only with supplementation of lactation hormones). Theoretically, with these additional hormones, it is possible for men to produce milk and nurse, although I'm not sure this has been documented.

Well first you are going to need a shop-vac, a nipple sized attachment (you can make this from a cheap plunger that you cut the center out of), and a glass bottle. Be sure you drink lots of fluids and eat lots of foods rich in calories (as you will be passing many of your calories and fluids to your husband). Attach the shop-vac to your homemade nipple attachment, turn it on for approximately 45 minutes, and empty the contents of the basket into the glass bottle.

I prefer it chilled for an hour or so in the fridge, but I know guys who like it warm as well so serve as you wish.

Pumping is probably a better solution, as if the supply is low anyway "wasting" it by giving it to someone who doesn't need it is perhaps not the best idea.

That said: it's not poisonous, and it doesn't taste bad (though different from cow's milk), so if the husband decides to do this, it's not going to hurt him.
