Can my dad and step mom kicked me out of the house I am a fifteen year old girl who's good a student and my dad and step mom had kicked me out twice in the last month and are verbally abusive.?

No, legally they can't. However, if they are this cruel to you please talk to a relative, minister, priestabout this or the counselor at school and Child Aid can help youand a relative may step in and you can live with them. Verbal abuse is calling someone stupid; you'll never amount to anything; a tramp; etc.

These are reasons where you father and step mother are not being cruel:

If you .......

• Swear at them
• Bad mouthing your step mother when there is no need
• Being cheeky to both parents
• Telling your parents what you are going to do and they can like it or lump it.
• Dating boys they don't approve of.
• Going to parties and not coming home until late.
• Staying out late and not letting your parentsknow where you are.
• Doing drugs or getting drunk
• Not doingchores around the house when asked or keeping your room clean

I am not accusing you of any of the above, but warning you, that if you do at least two out of those nine things I mentioned above then they may well be fed up with you, don't know how to handle you and that's enough to send saints of all saints of parents to swear.
