Can new born dogs meet other dogs before getting all their shots?

[Edit]

Do Not Expose Newborn Pets To Others

The Answer is a resounding NO

You new born or baby puppy should never be exposed to another animal be it dog, cat , horse or gerbil (as examples).

Exposure to any other animal but those living in your house (and properly vaccinated ) will most definitely lead to infestation of parasites or something worse like Parvo, pnuemonia or something life threatning.

Becasue of lot of diseases and parasites do not cause obvious symptoms, their pet owners are not even aware they care carry and possibly infecting others.

Hope this helps

Newborn puppies do not have all of their antibodies built up yet to protect them from infection, disease, ect...
