No Mifepristone first to end the pregnancy since it stops the production of progesteron, Then the Misoprostol to make the uterus cramp and push it out. The combination is the one with the best result. Mifepristone wont do anything if you take it last. Some take medicine that contain Misoprostol but that can make them bleed more and it is not as successful as using both.
