Yes! For most people they don't start getting symptoms until they are 7-8 weeks pregnant (usually 4-5 weeks after intercourse), but for me they started between 1-2 weeks after conception. I only know this because I went in for my 8 week checkup (first one) and they couldn't see the baby because I was only 6 weeks at the time and I had already been sick for 2 weeks prior. Of course it could always be something else, so wait until you've missed your period and take a home test. (Hint: they all read the same, so you can get the cheapest one and if it's positive then it's definite. You don't get false positives. If it's negative, wait 2 weeks and try again if your period still hasn't come).
Actually you can get a false positive. i know because it happened to me. if you get one of the tests where you urinate into a cup make sure its a clean cup (preferably disposable) that has never been used. my fiances salivia was in the cup i used it threw off the test and gave me a false positive.
In most cases, it is not possible to start having symptoms so early, since it takes the female body about two weeks to produce the HCG (pregnancy) hormone that make you feel pregnancy symptoms.
