Unfortunately these delicious fruit are not best suited for those that are expecting. The raw berries are known to carry the bacteria called erymedia cranberis which can cause moderate to severe mutations to the fetus. Processed cranberries like cranberry juice and sauce are fine as the bacteria has been safely removed and poses no risk to mommy or the baby.
