Can pricing information be a trade secret? |
[Edit] |
[Edit]
By definition, a trade secret is only valuable as long as it remains secret. In theory, you could negotiate secret pricing with each customer and have them sign non-disclosure assurances, thus maintaining secrecy.
So, yes, pricing information can certainly be a trade secret, but not if you are going to advertise your pricing in public.
