You can't. The progesterone in prometruim mimics early pregnancy symptoms. The only way to tell is to POS or a blood test. Stinks, hu? Here's to the tww, and prometrium users don't even have the fun of deciphering symptoms!

Not likley. I just miscarried my first pregnancy, and was on 200mg of prometrium (progesterone).

Of course. That's the point of taking all three. Clomid starts the ovulation, Estradiol and Prometrium are to help your hormones for pregnancy. I'm taking all three as well. Is the Prometrium making you dizzy? I take 200 mg twice a day, every day. Clomid day 3-8, Estradiol day 8-12 and Prometrium day 8 through preggos testing. If preggo I stop taking them.

I think you should read the website details I have attached to this answer. The treatment prescribed to you is exactly the treatment I had during my pregnancy with my little girl. I had 2 miscarriages prior to successfully carrying her. She is healthy and fine. However, I recently got pregnant again and my doctor put me on the same treatment and I miscarried.
