Can real estate brokers report nonpayment of a commission to credit bureaus? In: Real Estate |

No.
To report to a credit bureau you need to be a member of the bureau or otherwise signed up to the service. The types of businesses who can report does not include individual commissioned sales people who failed to receive the commission they expected.
If you are a member of the local Realtor board there might be a dispute resolution service. Failing that you can sue for money that is legally owed to you.
