Can somone have super powers?

You have to defeat the 5 villains (other than Betty Jetty) and then when you walk past the phone booth it will ring. Click on it and you will be able to fly. Then you can capture Betty Jetty.

You get one power, the flying power, after you defeat five of the villains. You need it to fly after the 6th villain and capture her.
