Can swimming help you become taller?

Answer:
  • It does I think because I've been swimming for 8 years and I taller than my whole family almost that's what other people say.
  • Swimming won't make you actually grow, but it can help stretch your spine, much like an inversion table. Uncompressing your spine may make you 1-2 inches taller.
  • No. Swimming is great excercise, and often, swimmers build and maintain "long, lean" muscles. It will not make you taller.
