Cosighner have rights? Cosigner on a bike loan? What does a cosighner do? You are a cosighner on a motorcycle loan but your names not on regestrasion but ohter party has missed 3 payments what are your rights in taking the bike? Can a the primary borrower take possession of a vehicle if the cosigner is not making the payments?
