Can the fats in salmon make you gain weight? |
[Edit] |
Answer
Any source of calories, if consumed enough, can cause weight gain, but in general, fish oils are quite good for you and since fish has such a small amount of fats (relative to beef), it's an excellent source of protein for any weight loss program.
So the answer is, "no, if you eat normal portion sizes."
